How will I get my parking permits?

Students must register online to receive parking permits. Permits will be available for pick up beginning on June 3rd for MS and PhD students and June 7th for undergrads.  For detailed dates, times and locations please see Guest Tickets & Parking Permits.

What if one of my guests requires accessible parking?

Accessible Parking -- There is limited parking for guests with disabilities, and disability vans/shuttles will be available throughout the day for transportation assistance between the parking lots and ceremony site.  Please request the Disability Parking permit when you register for the ceremony. If you indicated that you or a guest of yours needs accessible parking then you will be provided an accessible parking permit (up to two parking permits total).  For information on where to pick up your parking permits, please see Guest Tickets & Parking Permits.

Will there be reserved disabled seating?
